Shipping Policy

We pick and pack six days a week. An order placed on a working day is usually on the carrier's van the same afternoon, and always within one business day.

Tracked standard delivery takes three to five business days depending on how far the parcel travels. The tracking number is emailed the moment it is generated, not when it is delivered.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout. Heavy multi-item orders may ship in two parcels, at no extra cost to you.
